WHEN WILL MY ORDER DISPATCH?
All orders dispatch our warehouse within 1-3 business days, excluding Public Holidays. Orders placed before 2pm (AEST) will normally ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been carefully packed and processed, you will receive tracking information via email, which will enable you to track your parcel.
I’VE INCORRECTLY RECORDED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If this is incorrect, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact the shipping service on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot offer reimbursement for postage should the parcel become delayed, returned to sender or lost.
MY PARCEL IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER?
Unsuccessful deliveries that occur due to incorrect addresses, failure to collect the parcel from LPO or the shipping address left unattended will require a postage payment to be made by the customer to AUSSIE BATTLER in order for the parcel to be re-sent. If not, a store credit will be issued.
