ORDERS 

Can I make changes to my order?

If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Aussie Battler will happily exchange or offer a credit on full price purchases within 14 days from purchase date. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return.

  • Item/s must be sent back within 14 business days of receiving your items (20 business days for all international parcels).  
  • Item/s have not been worn or washed, and are in original clean condition with all swing tags and labels attached and in original packaging. If the item/s is deemed soiled or damaged upon arrival, Aussie Battler reserves the right to either deny your return or issue a partial credit to you, not a full credit.
  • Swimwear garments have the hygiene strip in place. (Please ensure swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of item/s where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.)
  • Item/s can only be returned for store credit or exchanges. Store credit is valid for 12 months.
  • Your exchanges must be of the same value.
  • Item/s must be full priced. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any returns which fail to comply with our return guidelines will be sent back to you.

    Please note, we are unable to offer refunds. When an order is placed, it is not possible to change any parts of the order. This includes adding or removing items, changing the size or colour, or changing the delivery address or method. An order cannot be cancelled once placed.

    Sale, Flash Sale & Warehouse Sale promotion items however are final sale, and are unable to be returned for an exchange or credit, for wrong decisions or change of mind.

    What if my item is faulty?

    AUSSIE BATTLER will gladly replace any faulty item, subject to availability. If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return via emailing hello@aussiebattlerco.com. Please include a picture of the deemed fault and your order number.

    Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order? 

    Depending on the destination country, you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your order. This is determined and applied by your local customs. Any additional duties, foreign taxes or other fees must be paid by the customer. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes.

     

    RETURNS  

    I need to make a return, how do I do this?

    You don’t need to contact us prior to returning your parcel. Please read our Returns & Exchanges guidelines and simply:

    DOWNLOAD a Returns/ Exchange Form and send it back to us with your parcel within the time frame.

    Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, processed and approved, Aussie Battler will issue you with a credit note via email. 

    Does Aussie Battler cover the costs of returns?

    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods - except in the case of faulty goods.

    The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they are returned to Aussie Battler Co. Aussie Battler will not be able to provide a store credit/exchange on item/s that are not received and/or are lost in transit. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).

    How will I be refunded if I return an item?

    If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Aussie Battler are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you. Please ensure you meet the criteria in our Returns & Exchanges guidelines to be eligible. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds. 

    Are there any items I won’t be able to return?

    Sale, Flash Sale & Warehouse Sale promotion items however are final sale, and are unable to be returned for an exchange or credit, for wrong decisions or change of mind.

    Non-merchandised items, such as gift cards, are also not eligible for return.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    How do I track my order? 

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your package.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Paypal and all credit cards. For Australian customers, we offer Afterpay.

    What is Afterpay? 

    Afterpay is a payment option which allows you to receive your order straight away, and then pay for it in 4 equal fortnightly instalments, all interest free. All standard Delivery and Returns policies apply to Afterpay orders. Afterpay is available for Australian customers only.     How do I use promo codes?

    Apply promotional codes to your Cart or during Checkout.

    How do Aussie Battler Gift Cards work? 

    Aussie Battler Gift Cards are an online e-voucher and will be sent via email to the nominated recipient. You can choose between different Gift Card values, and the recipient can use this on any item online at ww.aussiebattlerco.com. Your Gift Card will be sent to the recipient shortly after you complete the purchase.

    Can I send an item/s as a gift?

    Of course, but please be aware that a tax invoice with the price you paid, will arrive with the item/s.

    Which currency is used on this site?

    You are currently shopping on our Australian and New Zealand site. All prices indicated are in Australian Dollar (AUD$) and will transact in AUD$ at the checkout. If you are in New Zealand, you will have the option to display prices in New Zealand Dollar (NZ$), however your card will be charged in AUD$.
